Our sushi chef Yoshihiro Nakamura now joined Sauan from September 2018, had been worked over 15 years in Japan in 2 different Ryôtei in Nagoya and Gifu prefectures. He moved to Switzerland for working at a head sushi chef at Myo restaurant in Lausanne.
Now chef Nakamura guarantees the authentic tastes with his qualified skills at Sauan.
