Tasting of Sake

Sake can be served between 8 and 12°, as well as at a room temperature, or warmed in a water at about 45°.

To fully appreciate its aroma, cool to chilled Sake brings the best among good brands of Sake, with subtle differences presenting themselves served in a wine glass. Traditional Sake offers note of grain, chestnuts, as it is a product with high purity and finesse.

Sake "Ginjo" suggests more fruity flavors of melon, apple, green bananas, and sometimes plums.
