We own a garden where we cultivate some Japanese herbs and vegetables to serve you a real Japanese aroma.

During the high season of each vegetable, we harvest fresh products every week.

We also buy local vegetables at different vegetable markets.

Our chefs carefully prepare dishes with those local ingredients to create their seasonal menu.
