The Chef Michinori OBA offers authentic and today's Japanese cuisine. He worked 10 years at the prominent Kyoto Tankuma - where many star chefs had trained, then 8 years as the chief chef at Ryôtei Sagano in Hakata where just obtained 3 stars Michelin at the same year when he passed the baton to his successor.
The dishes are prepared following the traditional rules of Kaiseki. The first impression emerges on plate is visual sensation, followed by a pleasure of tasting. At the end, the aromas develop fully in your gustatory pleasure.
