The chef Nakamura offers authentic Japanese cuisine using seasonal ingredients.

The chef had trained over 10 years at Kyoto. Then for 19 years he had managed his own Japanese restaurant specialized ritual and banquet cuisines used local organic indigents at his hometown Kumamoto.

Now that he is passionated to promote japanese dishes using his japanese culinary skills and locally sourced food in Switzerland.
