Which beverage would work well with Sushi?

A flute of champagne, Chardonnay or Chablis could accompany perfectly with both traditional Sushi and Sashimi. Among the red wine, Mercurey goes well with a red tuna, grilled salmon or Maki Sushi.

For us the best marriage with all those dishes is definitely good Sake, Japanese rice wine.
